DELMIAworks
DELMIAworks (formerly IQMS) is a manufacturing ERP and MES from Dassault Systemes covering production scheduling, shop-floor data collection, quality management, and supply chain for discrete and process manufacturers. It is widely used in automotive, medical device, and plastics manufacturing.

Register the OAuth client in DELMIAworks
Precision Polymer's DELMIAworks administrator opens the OAuth configuration settings in the DELMIAworks admin module, creates a client record for Askel, and grants it access to the Quality, Production, and Inventory data domains. They note the client ID and client secret.

Enter credentials in Askel
Precision Polymer's IT admin enters the DELMIAworks host URL, client ID, and client secret into the Askel setup screen inside your scorecard platform. Askel exchanges the credentials for an OAuth access token and confirms connectivity by fetching a sample lot record.

Schema discovery
Askel reads the available DELMIAworks API endpoints for the Quality, Production, and Inventory modules, including non-conformance types, inspection attributes, and SPC data channels that Precision Polymer has configured. Your CS team sees a mapping draft within minutes.

Map and validate
Precision Polymer's customers require FDA-regulated lot traceability fields. A CS rep maps DELMIAworks lot and sublot fields to the scorecard platform's traceability columns and runs a dry-run against the prior month's quality records to confirm the reports meet FDA lot-tracking requirements.

Go live
The nightly quality sync is enabled. Askel pulls completed inspection records, non-conformance reports, and corrective action status from Precision Polymer's DELMIAworks and loads them into the scorecard platform. Customers receive automated quality reports each morning without any manual effort from Precision Polymer's QA team.
Service account
The customer's DELMIAworks administrator registers an OAuth 2.0 client in the DELMIAworks admin module and grants it access to the required data domains. They provide the DELMIAworks host URL, client ID, and client secret to Askel. Askel exchanges these for an access token using the client_credentials grant and refreshes it automatically.
